The Challenge

Gislason & Hunter used to have multiple locations, but they collapsed them down to two locations in New Ulm and Mankato, Minnesota. During the process, they restructured and removed their IT staff with the intent of outsourcing for liability and financial purposes.

They had previously built an overly complex IT environment that was costing a lot of money to retain.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gislason & Hunter also had major meeting room issues as courts were moving to Zoom for virtual courtrooms.

Gislason & Hunter wanted to become 100% cloud-based and keep security up to date while navigating new meetings rooms for virtual court cases in Minnesota.


We found some robust security practices

We implemented security and Microsoft 365 best practices, including remote access, backups, strong passwords, security controls and security awareness training.


Then we started moving them to the cloud

We upgraded and simplified their network while moving their IT infrastructure to the cloud. We also leveraged business apps to make them more efficient.


And we helped them handle the pandemic

We helped navigate the work-from-home situation many businesses faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also created a reliable system since courts used virtual courtrooms on Zoom for cases.
