"We've always struggled to staff internal IT professionals, as it is challenging for the individual and company to manage over 60 users of technology plus not having any backup support. Making the decision to go back to an MSP after some mixed results was a big decision for us, but I am happy to say that the change has been very good as we now have resources in all the key areas of IT, including help desk, security, cloud-based environment and critical needs for security and best practices. We have also been able to not staff internally for IT, which was an important factor in our decision process."
