McCormick Construction Company is an industrial construction contractor that provides design-build, general contracting, millwright, concrete and crane services to bulk material storage, handling and processes for industries in agriculture, biofuels, mining, milling and other industrial process facilities throughout the U.S.

When McC, Inc. started working with Thriveon, they didn’t have an IT strategy. We first established a chief information officer (CIO) to direct what they should be looking at and considering for their comprehensive IT strategy.

McC, Inc. moved to the cloud in 2020 for all their systems, including ERP, Microsoft 365 and other platforms previously hosted on-premise. Although the conversion was successful, McC, Inc. needed assistance in developing and implementing security practices, best practices and ways to leverage its IT investments.

The Results

In one year, McCormick Construction Company has viewed Thriveon as a trusted IT partner and consultant with unlimited use.

We renewed trust in their IT group through our strategic partnership and continued IT management.

Over the last year, McC, Inc. had a 97% satisfaction rate in their support tickets.

Thriveon is currently exploring phone options that will partner well with Microsoft Teams.

We are also working on an ISP and phone review.

We consulted them on numerous applications, including scheduling, Microsoft 365 and Power BI.

In 2024, Thriveon will audit their systems and reduce software costs and ERP.
